The room is unfurnished, but preference would be given to someone interested in taking over some of my furniture for £200, including:

* King-size bed

The house is brilliantly located in central Tooting, just an 7-minute walk from Tooting Broadway Station. You’ll also have Lidl just around the corner (2-minute walk), as well as the fantastic Tooting Market and plenty of world-class restaurants, cafés and bars nearby.

Bills typically sit between £60-£80 a month.

Full of light and cozy in the winter. The room is spacious enough for a king-size bed and a dedicated home office setup, making it ideal for someone who works from home or simply enjoys having plenty of space.

It also comes with a fantastic built-in wardrobe, offering loads of shelving and hanging space. (W1.3m x H2.3m x D 0.6m)

The remaining housemate is looking for someone who genuinely wants to call this place home, rather than just somewhere to stay.

About Wita: 25 y/o girl who works in media production. Hybrid worker who loves making the house feel like home. Sociable and easygoing - always up for a walk, coffee, gym session, trying new food spots, or going for drinks at the local pub. I really enjoy having a friendly vibe at home where we can chat, hang out now and then, but also respect each other's space.

The ideal person would be clean, sociable and respectful, someone who enjoys a friendly and comfortable home environment while also respecting each other’s space.
