Sadly I am moving back to Australia, so I have a lovely Double room available for a single occupancy. 4 bedroom house shared with 3 girls - Ideally looking for a male for some balance in the house.

You’d be living with my lovely house Wita. She’s 25 and works in tv production. She’s looking for some friendly, easy going, social and clean/respectful of coming spaces.

The house:
- 3 Story Terrace house with modern features, 2.5 Bathrooms and a back patio.
- Ground Floor, Maisies room, toilet room, modern kitchen, lounge room and patio.
- First Floor, Jess’s room (2nd), Shared Bathroom, and Wita's Room (3rd)
- Second Floor/Attic 4th Room and room available for viewing

Great location:
- 5 mins from tooting Broadway tube
- 2 mins walk from Lidl
- 4 mins from tooting market for plenty of food and restuarants
- 2 mins to High street (cant hear from the house)
- Plenty of bars, food, restaurants, charity shops within 10 minutes
- 15 mins Tooting common park
- 20 mins Wandsworth common park

The room is unfurnished, but preference would be given to someone interested in taking over with the furniture for £300, including:

Bills are roughly £60 - £70 per month and rent is £937.50.
