👋 About the existing flatmates:

Clean, friendly and sociable house of working professionals, all mid-20s (currently 2 girls and 1 guy). We enjoy pub drinks, house dinners and outings together! The communal areas are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

📍 Location:

Tooting is fantastic for commuters and offers excellent transport links. We are a 2-minute walk from Tooting Broadway (Northern Line), which is around a 25-minute Tube journey into the City. Tooting also has lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

🏠 The house:

A bright, spacious 4-bedroom maisonette with a living/dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. You will be sharing the first-floor guys’ bathroom. All communal areas are fully furnished and equipped.
