Double Room in Tooting House

Hi!

We have a double room available in our 3 bed house in Tooting!

The house is lovely and spacious - we have a big, bright and airy lounge area, a separate study area/dining room, a kitchen, plenty of workspace, and a garden with a bbq, which has been great for summer.

You'd be living with two young professionals, Lauren (27) and Harry (28) - we love a good chat and to hang out/head to the pub, but also respect each other's space. We're looking for someone who wants to make it a home.

We're right next to Tooting Common which is great for running, and Tooting Bec tube is a 10-minute walk away with lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby. Tooting Broadway and Tooting Market are around a 15-minute walk away, and Balham is around 20 minutes away.

The rent is £750pm and bills come to around £100.
