Large double room in Tooting (18th October)

We're three girls in our mid 20s looking for one more girl to join us in a 4 bed house in Tooting. We've put a holding deposit down but need a final housemate so we are hoping to find someone fairly quickly.

The house is on a quiet residential street within a 10 minute walk of the northern line. There are two bathrooms, a cozy living room, a good sized kitchen and a large outdoor space. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and draws and is about 13 m²

The house is currently empty and being refurnished so it looks a little messy in the current photos but it will be finished and professionally cleaned in time for move in.

We're all working professionals and are looking for a friendly social house where we can have a drink, watch TV, cook/eat together or go out sometimes but equally all have our own lives and space. We will also need someone to be ready to contribute their share of the holding/ security deposit so we can secure the house.

NOTE deposit is an estimate, it is about 5 weeks rent.
