Hi girls! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely house share in Tooting Bec.

It’s such a nice, friendly house and I’ve enjoyed living here. Everyone has their own lives and plans, but whenever we are all in we spend time together — whether that’s making dinner, having a wine, going on a hot girl walk, or getting invested in MAFS / The Traitors together.

We have a shared calendar in the kitchen so everyone knows what we are all up to and we split the cleaning each week to keep the house feeling clean, cosy and homely. We’re looking for someone friendly, laid-back and tidy.

🛏️ The room

The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and open wardrobe, with space for a small desk or bedside table. It gets loads of natural light.

There’s also under-bed storage plus a clothing rail in the hallway that would be completely yours. I’m an online-shopping fiend with far too many clothes and have managed to fit everything in easily

I WFH two days a week and usually work from the dining table in the living room using the office chair (comes with the house). If any of the other girls are WFH, they normally work from their rooms, so it works really well.

🌿 The house

We have a lovely garden with decking and an outdoor table, which is amazing in summer (although the grass is definitely due a mow at the moment ). There’s also a large, bright living room and two bathrooms — one upstairs and one downstairs.

They’re all genuinely lovely and it’s a really easy-going, welcoming house. 💗
