Hi girls! I am moving out of my lovely room in a 4-bed house in Tooting due to moving in with my boyfriend! I have been living here for 2.5 years, super sad to be leaving!

The house is located a 10-min walk from Tooting Bec station and 5-min walk from Tooting Bec common.
We have a large kitchen with two ovens/stoves, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a large garden which is ideal in the summer.
The room is furnished and really spacious, with two built-in wardrobes and cupboards above.
You’ll be living with 3 other friendly girls aged 27-31.

Rent is £737 per month, with bills coming to ~£100 (fluctuates depending on the season). The deposit will be £697.33
