I'm looking for someone to fill my room in a lovely five-bed house in Tooting Broadway.

The house is:
- 15 minute walk to Tooting Broadway or Colliers Wood tube stations (both on the Northern line), or a 5 minute bus. It’s also a 5 minute walk to Tooting Station, which has the Thameslink.
- There’s lots of cute pubs, gyms and shops within short walking distance, and Lidl is only 5 minutes away!
- 20 minute walk to Tooting common (which is lovely in summer)
Room and House:
- The house has a communal living/kitchen area, back garden, 5 bedrooms, a private bathroom for this bedroom (plus two others in the house).
- The room is furnished with a bed/mattress, desk, wardrobe and book shelf.

What we're looking for:
- The current housemates are 24-27, and all 9-5 hybrid workers. The bedroom is suitable to work from home, as it includes a desk and is quiet during the day.
- It's a lovely, social house, with a communal vibe, so we're looking for someone similar! We're flexible on occupation/working pattern.
- Preferably female/non-binary between 24-35
- The house also comes with a cat (the cutest cat you’ll ever meet), so cat lovers preferred!
