My flatmate is moving out on 26th November, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room!

It’s a double room that comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, bedside table and chest of drawers. One of the best bits is that you have direct access to a little private patio from the room!

A little about me: I’m 27, have a background in finance and am currently doing my Masters. I’m a massive foodie and have a pretty great London food guide to share! I love socialising, trying new restaurants and exploring London, but I also think it’s important to enjoy your own space!! 💗

Rent and bills
* Rent: £1000 per month until December 2026
* Rent increases to £1,150 per month from January 2027
* Bills: approximately £100 per month on average

The rent was last increased in January 2025, and overall, the landlords have been good. You will need to provide details of a guarantor.

Location
Less than a 5-minute walk to Tooting Broadway station on the Northern line, with loads of great restaurants, bars and cafés nearby. Tooting Thameslink is around a 15-minute walk away, there are several gyms within 10 minutes and plenty of shops for everyday essentials.

It’s such a fun area to live in, with lots to do right on your doorstep!
