I am looking for a flat mate to sign on to our tenancy for January. The house is a 10-15 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway tube station and about 7 mins from Tooting rail station. There are busy bus routes to Streatham, Brixton, Crystal Palace and Clapham also. Tooting market's bars are also a 10 minute walk away for anyone looking to get to know the area.
We have a shared kitchen, living room and garden, the latter of which has been good for BBQs and parties in the summer. The room is also next to a smaller spare room available for some storage space also.
The current flatmates work on site through the week so the space is normally free through most the day until the evening, making it ideal for anyone working remotely.
