HUGE Double-room in Tooting

We are looking for someone to fill a double room in our 6 bed HMO 5 mins walk away from Tooting Broadway Station. The room is available from 8th December 2026.

The room is a very large double located on the top floor which comes with a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Rent is £950 pcm (all bills included, and weekly cleaner). The candidate will not be considered if earning less than £28,500 yearly income to pass vetting.

The house itself is pretty big with a shared kitchen, living room, 3 toilets / two bathrooms, 2 washing machines and a dryer, as well as a small garden with enough storage space for multiple bikes.

There are 5 of us already in the house, we get on well and sometimes hang out on evenings and occasionally go out together. That being said, the house is big enough so that if anyone want's to chill on their own it is easy to do so. We are a very laid back bunch so are looking for someone that can slot in pretty easily!

The house is a 5 min walk away from Tooting Broadway and a 15 min walk from Tooting overground, there are also plenty of local bus routes to Wandsworth, Earlsfield, and Croydon. There are shedloads of amenities close by. We are also close to tooting common for access to some wide-open green space.
