I’m heading back home for a couple of months and am therefore sub-letting my room.
Location: Tooting Broadway
Dates: 1 Dec - 28 Feb (can be flexible)
Price: £900pm (including bills)
The flat is a 2 minute walk from Tooting Broadway (northern line) with easy transport to central London and beyond. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and grocery stores (M&S, Sainsbury’s, Primark) nearby. There are currently 3 other girls in the flat (Aussie & two British girls) who are really love and easy to get along with.
The room includes a king size bed, smart tv and plenty of storage. I will require a £300 holding deposit for any damages and a formal, signed contract.
