Beautiful room in Tooting Bec near the station

I am moving out of my lovely flat and looking for a new person to move in with housemates Francesca and Emily.

I have absolutely loved living here and I’m only leaving because I’ve bought a flat. It’s been such a friendly, chilled and respectful home and was incredible to have a big garden this summer in the heat!

The room is huge with a wall of built in wardrobes and loads of space for a desk. It gets lots of natural light and the window looks out on to trees.

Francesca is an interior designer who is very funny, easygoing and tidy. Emily is a super lovely doctor who is due to move in later in November as our previous housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

We all have our own thing going on but we’re very friendly and always up for a chat and catch ups over tea or a glass and wine!

We are looking for a young professional woman who is tidy, respectful and good to live with.

The rent is £1,016.66 pcm + bills and bills are usually around £150 pcm. We normally split everything evenly and use Splitwise, which works really well. The room will be unfurnished.

We will be holding viewings on Monday 9 and Tuesday 10 November, so please get in touch if you would like to come and see the flat.
