Great small double room available in 3 bed maisonette on Loubet st in Tooting Broadway, less than 10 minute walk from the tube.

Our friend is moving out to North London and we are looking for someone to come join us in this lovely property.

You'll be sharing with two others - Nat and Jason. Like every other ad on Spare room we are both young professionals, outgoing, and good friends who enjoy cooking, going out for a drink and making the most of living in London!

We're looking for someone likeminded and relaxed
who will come out and about with us and is up for a laugh. Room hermits need not apply.
The house is a first floor maisonette with all the amenities. It's light and airy and has an excellent living area. Bills come to about £50 a month and we like to keep it clean and tidy!

The room is the smallest of the three but comes at a really, really great price given the standard of the property, the great location to the tube and the new housemates you'll be living with! It has a double bed, cupboard and draws etc.

We really enjoy living in Tooting - plenty of fun bars and places to eat, drink, gym just down the road, 20mins on the tube to london bridge and nice local common.

As with any London property there are some fees - £620 deposit and £120 agency fee to get you on the contract. Term is 12 months minimum and we can look to extend at the end of the contract. You'll need to be employed on a contract with your employer.
