This house is in a residential street, with parking, pay by metre which starts at 9.30am-5.30pm. Walking distance to public transport- bus stops, Tooting Broadway Underground Station and local amenities supermarkets, market, shops, restaurants, hospital, gym/ leisure centre and bars/clubs.

The space

Comfortable own space in a comfortable house. The house is open up to both male and females.

Guest access

Guests are more than welcome to use the kitchen as much as they like and the living room with TV access. Washing machine available for use at any time.

Interaction with guests

I do not live at this property; I visit regularly to check on everything and deal with anything requested by tenants.

I am available at any time by phone to answer questions and queries about transport, the area and London. Additionally, the occupant in the house will be willing to answer any questions. However, if someone does not wish to interact, I respect their wish for privacy and quiet.

Other things to note

Both male and females are welcome to rent.
Smoking is permitted in the garden but not in the property.

If a couple decides to rent room, rent will be adjusted.
