Short Term Let: June and July in Tooting Flat

I’m Lucy, currently living in a gorgeous two bedroom flat approximately four minutes from Tooting Bec tube station.

My lovely housemate is moving and therefore her room is becoming available as a short term let for June and July. It’s a cosy room and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe etc.

The flat is located just off the main road behind the Kings Head pub making it super close to restaurants, pubs and shops but also set back enough to be very quiet. There is no garden but it is close to both Tooting and Wandsworth common as well as lots of beer gardens.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and coffee machine as well as the obvious fridge, freezer etc. There is also storage space in the hallway.

I’m a 34 year old professional working in Central London. I work from home one or two days a week and otherwise am in the office.
