Immaculate room to rent in lovely modern flat!

A newly decorated delightful double room located in an art deco period building equidistant to Balham and Tooting Bec stations. The flat is located away from the high road in a quiet and peaceful location.

The flat has been fully refurbished to a high standard.

The rent includes all bills and cleaning is included for shared areas. We may need to share some cleaning from time to time.

The flat will be shared with me. I’m polite, personable, respectful, and clean.

I'm vegetarian, so would love a fellow veggie, but this isn’t essential as we can come to a mutual arrangement about how we can work best.

I go to the gym a few times a week, generally work from home during the week, enjoy exploring London, love the arts, and home/down time is important too after a busy week. I would love a gym buddy or someone to run with in the summer.

There are gyms, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, all within walking distance. Balham is quiet, safe, and friendly. Or you could head to Tooting for culture and the infamous Tooting Market.
