Hi, I have a double room available in a beautiful flat in Tooting Bec. The flat has a large bright open kitchen and lounge room that opens up to a lovely courtyard, perfect for those morning coffees in the sunshine or relaxing after work.

The room is fully furnished and comes with an ottoman double bed, a fitted wardrobe, bedside table and plenty of additional storage space throughout the flat.


There’s also a separate bathroom and a dedicated utility cupboard for the washing machine, keeping the kitchen clutter free.

It’s available from 1st August.
Could be flexible on dates for the right person.

A bit about me!
I’m Sam, 38, single and have been living in this flat for 4 years now. It’s honestly been my favourite flat I’ve lived in London. I work in construction and I’m usually in the office Monday to Friday.

I’m pretty sociable and enjoy spending time at home just as much as being out and about with friends exploring London. These days I’m more into good brunches, dinners, pubs and coffee spots than late nights and clubs.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who wants a home rather than just somewhere to crash. Someone who’s fairly tidy, easygoing, and generally in the office most weekdays (with the occasional WFH day) would be a great fit.
