Short Term Let - Next to the Tube & Common!

My boyfriend Matt and I will soon have a small(ish) double room available in our Tooting Bec flat for approx 2-4 months.

It’s a ground floor flat with a garden just 100m from the tube and 200m from Tooting Bec Common. Next door is a mini-Sainos, plus Wheatsheaf pub, restaurants, post office, Tescos and a Fitness First. We're just 8 minutes walk (1 tube stop) from both Tooting Broadway and Balham stations. It's a great spot.

Matt's an artist and manages a Mexican restaurant. He’s super laid-back, working hard running the bar and designing artwork - he works nights so you won't see him much! I’m a PA, working in social housing, and love languages, travelling and festivals.

We're both very friendly and sociable.

We’re looking to share for a few months with a nice, quiet, friendly guy age 35-50, who will respect our home (this is not a party house!). Ideally someone without too much stuff(!)

NO BIKES PLEASE (we have nowhere to keep them).
£800/mth, all bills and council tax (Band E) included.
