Eco friendly Home Ensuite Bedroom w Walk-in Closet

We have a beautiful en Suite with Walk-in Closet available in our 4 bedroom shared home. The bedroom is located at the top floor and no one else is on that floor. We have 2 living rooms/lounges to enjoy, a washer/dryer room, a big garden full of bird songs all day, a gorgeous dining area and a sunny spacious kitchen. We all take pride in our home being clean, comfortable, & a safe space for all of us ✨

We welcome girls from all walks of life, professional or student.

The bedroom has plenty of storage in the walk in closet, it’s very spacious, with beautiful sky lights and a very comfortable king sized ottoman bed. There is also free onsite parking if you drive a car, and secure bike storage within the house.

Bills, chores and house hold products are split communally, we use eco friendly products throughout the house and shared spaces without harsh chemicals, this includes any products used in the communal washing machine too. We have a laundry room with a dryer and washer. Aerosols/highly scented air fresheners/detergents & diffusers are not used throughout the house unless they are from naturally derived ingredients.

We’re looking for someone to join our incredible space and fit right in. We are super friendly and close with each other and very keen to welcome a new member that is excited to find a new home & fit right in too ❤️. PS.. We are not a party house, more of a wine & cheese night type, but we do enjoy nights out together for concerts and dancing too and are not afraid to party outside at all!!

33, musician first & lawyer second, incredibly talented artist and lover of hats, lived here for 3 years and is sadly moving out, but excitingly relocating work to a different country!
26, works for a Charity, loves running and true crime/horror, with the best kitchen chat (lived here for 7 months)
26, masters graduate and best cat sitter in town, also gives the best hugs. (Lived here for 2 years)
30, (lead tenant) freelance artist, loves all things health & wellness and is a full time forest fairy. (Lived here for 3 years)
18, our kitty, she’s old, gracious and extremely sweet, needs help reminding where her bowl of food is and loves to nap in all the bedrooms. She’s also got a very healthy vocal range and loves to chat.
