1 En-suite Room - Tooting Bec

Hello!
Quite early here but our housemate is moving out in August so best start early!

Hoping to get viewings done and this sorting out before end of June.

We are 2 cis gay man looking to replace our flatmate to move in around August 15. Final date is TBC but the new contract will start on this date.

About us:

Owen: I work in fashion, WFH 1-2 days a week. Always either chilling, running or swimming.
Jake: Paramedic, sometimes works nights but always planning the next trip abroad.

Ultimately, looking for flatmates to not just be strangers who live with each other but also appreciate own space. We’re both incredibly chill and enjoy starting something new to watch but never finishing it, occasionally cooking for each other (mainly Owen cooking), that sort of thing. LGBTQ+ preferred/friendly essential.

Just over 5 minutes from Tooting Bec Underground station and a stone’s throw away from the Common. Dream.

En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. Comes with bed and a chest of drawers. Shared living room/kitchen and balcony.

Rent advertised does not include bills, averaging about £75 a month. Deposit is 5 weeks rent - figure is approx but not too much difference.
