💷 Rent & Terms:
• £1250 per month (bills included)
• Approx. 6-month sublet but open to discussion
• Available from mid May 2026

🏡 The House:
• Fully equipped kitchen & living space – everything you need but of course you are more than welcome to bring your own stuff
• Sociable but chilled vibe – ideal balance of fun and respecting each other’s space
• Only sharing the whole house with 1 person (me)
• Not suitable for someone working from home.

📍 Location – Tooting Bec:
• 10 min walk to Tooting Bec or Broadway Station (Northern Line)
• Close to Tooting Common for green space and runs/walks
• Amazing local pubs, cafes, and restaurants right on your doorstep
• Easy access to Balham, Clapham, and central London

👤 Who I’m looking for:
• 28+ years old
• Friendly, fun, and sociable, but also values downtime and personal space

• I’ve just turned 30, but still 21 in my head.. love to go out and find new places to eat/drink/party. I also switch it up and love cooking, long walks, running and gym. I work and study at the same time, so I also value everyone needs their own space and time.
