Looking for a female to sublet a double bedroom in a cozy 4 bed 2 bath house in Tooting Bec, from 14 August to 4 September 2026.

The house is split over three levels. Your room is on the top floor with the bathroom right outside, which you will be sharing with two other girls. The house has a massive kitchen and separate lounge, and is part of a mews so is very safe and secure. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight so the house is very clean and tidy. We also have a little courtyard which is the perfect hangout spot during summer.

You’ll be living with three other girls all in their mid-late twenties. They’re all friendly and social, but also very respectful of space.

- 2 min walk to Tooting Bec tube station and bus stop
- 5 min walk to Tesco and Sainsbury's, with a small M&S right outside!
- 8 min walk to Wandsworth Common
- Loads of amazing curry houses and cafes in the area!

The room is available for 3 weeks from 14 Aug - 4 Sep for £750 (bills included!) We are holding viewings on 5th and 12th August. Please send me a DM with a bit about yourself if you are interested!
