A spacious and bright master bedroom in Tooting, 10-15 mins walk from Tooting Bec Station or Tooting Broadway Station (northern line) and is available from end of May, potentially earlier. I can be flexible.

The room is the master bedroom with lots of space to make your own. It comes with a double bed & triple wardrobe included. The house has 4 bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/living room/dining room. There are 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), and a downstairs toilet and utility room with plenty of storage. Additional storage in the basement. We also have a lovely sun trap garden with a patio and BBQ we enjoy when the sun is out! The downstairs island and dining area is a great space for entertaining and has seen many Easter and Christmas roasts with friends.

You'll be living with Rosie, Sasha and Fiona. We spend time together as much as busy schedules allow, cooking or watching TV with a glass of wine and we also enjoy and are respectful of each other’s space. Looking for someone equally easy going who is happy to make the house their home.

I’ve lived here for nearly 6 years now and it’s truly been a home I will be sad to leave. I’m not going far though so you’ll likely still see me around for a drink at the pub.

Our current contract has been running through renewals for over 7 years now and while we’ve had some changes in the rooms over the years, we have a long standing relationship with our landlord who values us looking after the house and that is reflected in rent negotiations. Our current contract runs until September 2027 and it’s flexible. The name change is payable to Foxtons at £50. Deposit is £1065.
