Double room & private bathroom, Tooting Common

My housemate is moving to Copenhagen, so I'm looking for someone new to share my first-floor flat with. It's a double room, opposite Tooting Common - about a 15 minute walk from Tooting Bec (Northern line), with buses nearby too.

The room 🛏️
A standard double with sole use of your own bathroom next door - newly redone with both a bath and shower. Furnished with a clothes rail, chest of drawers, side table and desk.

Outside 🌿
The flat is within a residential block with green space and a shared garden.

About me 👋
I'm Jen, 32, I work in design and tech - mostly in the office but from home two days a week. I like having a chat in the evenings but I've got a big group of friends in London so I'd want you to have your own thing going on too. Outside of work I'm into sport (padel, gym) and design.

What I'm looking for
A working professional - I'd prefer a girl but am open to guys too. Move in from 1st October, all bills included. 6 month contract with option to extend.
