Two private double bedrooms available from 25 July to 25 August in a three‑storey family home.

Both rooms are on the first floor. There is a shared bathroom on the same floor. Rent is £1200 per month for one room (single occupant), with all bills included. The rooms are suitable for couples — feel free to enquire about pricing.

The house is in London Zone 3, just a 5‑minute walk from Tooting Bec Underground Station on the Northern Line. Tooting Broadway Market, Balham, and Tooting Common are all within easy walking distance, offering great food, shops, and green space.

You’ll share the kitchen, living room, dining room, and garden with me and my two friendly cats. I live in an en‑suite room on the second floor.

A little about me: I’m originally from China, studied and worked in the US, and now live in London. I’ve hosted many guests over the years, including through Airbnb, and I genuinely enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. I’ll always respect your privacy, but I’m also happy to chat or share a meal or a cup of tea if you’d like.

I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easygoing to join my home for one month in the summer. Whether you’re new to London or simply looking for a peaceful, well‑connected place to stay temporarily until you find a permanent place, feel free to get in touch.
