Double room in shared house, must be dog friendly!

Hi! We live in a big, 5 bed shared house in Tooting. We are all women between 27-32 looking for a housemate. (Ages 27-34)
Only sharing bathroom with 1 woman!

Location: we are right off the high street, between Bec and Broadway station, approx 8 mins walk from Bec station. And 1 min from the big Lidl.

We have a big kitchen/living room and a separate tv room and a really big garden.
We are a sociable bunch and do regular things together, but equally have our own lives. We really value a family feel in the house and are pretty close.

We have a house dog (small staffie!), so must be ok with dogs.

The room is on the top floor. It is a large double room with a chest of drawers and big rail/storage area + shares eaves storage. It has big windows and is very light! It shares a landing and a bathroom with one other person (a woman). Move in date end of April/beginning of May.

There are two seating areas in the garden, a big sofa at the back and some seats on the patio.

Who we think would fit our house:
Age: 27-34
No shift work
No couples please
Loves dogs!
Likes a family feel
Treats the house like a home- clean and tidy.
