Big room, shared house, private bathroom, garden

Hi! We live in a big, 5 bed shared house in Tooting. We are all women between 27-32 looking for a housemate. (Ages 27-34)
Private bathroom- it is a full downstairs bathroom which is only used by you (occasionally a guest will use the loo!)

Location: we are right off the high street, between Bec and Broadway station, approx 8 mins walk from Bec station. And 1 min from the big Lidl.

We have a big kitchen/living room and a separate tv room and a really big garden.
We are a sociable bunch and do regular things together, but equally have our own lives. We really value a family feel in the house and are pretty close.

The room is on the ground floor at the front of the house. It is a really large double room with a double chest of drawers and large wardrobe. It has big windows and is very light! Move in date 1 August.

There are two seating areas in the garden, a big sofa at the back and some seats on the patio.

Who we think would fit our house:
Age: 27-34
No shift work
No couples please
Likes a family feel
Treats the house like a home- clean and tidy.
