Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and easygoing flatmate to join me in this bright, split-level 2-bed flat in the lovely Heaver Conservation Area.

If you’re a laid back individual, after a calm and comfortable home, then this could be the one for you.

The Flat:
It’s a spacious, light-filled flat with big sash windows, high ceilings and a really homely feel. The large living/dining area is great for relaxing after work or sharing the occasional glass of wine or Sunday roast. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher), and there’s a washer/dryer in a separate utility space next to the main bathroom.

The Room:
A large double with en suite, on its own floor of the flat. Built in wardrobes and draws. Comes with kingsize bed and small chest of drawers.

Location:
We’re on a quiet residential street just a short walk to Balham and Tooting Bec stations (5–8 mins), and right by Tooting Bec Common. The area has everything, amazing coffee spots, pubs, brunch places, gyms, yoga studios, and a proper neighbourhood feel. Perfect if you love being close to green space but still want quick access to central London.

A Bit About Me:
34 y/o young professional working tech. Love making most of all that London has to offer, including fitness, theatre, gigs, restaurants, socialising, comedy and more. Looking for another working professionals LGBTQ + It’s preferred and Non-smoking.

Rent & Bills:
• £1200/month
• Bills are around £130/month, including council tax, utilities and superfast fibre broadband (500mbps)

Move-in Date: mid-end of June but there is flexibility if you need to move sooner.
