Honestly couldn’t be better — literally a 1-minute walk to Tooting Bec tube station, with a bus stop right outside the front door. Super easy access to the Northern Line, Wandsworth Common, Tooting Common, Tooting Market, and Northcote Road/Clapham Junction.

* 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat
* Rent: £875pcm
* Bills: approx. £105pcm
* Shared bathroom (with bath + shower) with one other girl
* Extra spare room for laundry, coats, storage and all the random life bits that need a home
* Spacious, homely and well-connected
* Potential for this to be a short let ending in November

We’re looking for someone similar: a clean, considerate working professional who enjoys a social home but also appreciates downtime. WFH is absolutely fine, but ideally max 2 days a week.
