Existing housemates are two boys aged 25 and 23 who are working professionals. Very easy-going and fun house. Sociable at the weekend and respectful during the week.
Rent is £1,000 plus bills (usually comes out at an extra £130 per month).
Move in date- end of June/ beginning of July (can be flexible).
House located on Ansell Road, SW17 7LT. 7min walk from Tooting Bec station, lots of good pubs and shops nearby.
