Double room to rent

Large and sunny furnished room in Tooting Bec (5 mins walk to Tooting Bec tube station - Northern Line and 10 mins walk to Balham train astation) in a secure gated development with a private parking space available. Bills are included in the price.

🏡 The house: Well-kept sunny house with a garden, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of storage space.

🛏️ The room: Large furnished room with a sofa, TV, double bed, cupboards, and space for a desk.

🚿 The bathroom: Two of us have en suites. This room has access to a private toilet located outside of the bedrooms, while the shower is shared with one other housemate and is located within their bedroom. We understand this arrangement may not suit everyone, and this is reflected in the price.

👩🏻👨🏻👨🏻 The housemates: You will be living with three other clean, friendly, and easygoing working professionals. This is not a party house, although we do enjoy the occasional hangout in the living room if you’re up for that.

🌆 The area: Well-connected and safe area with plenty of shops, gyms, and cafés nearby.

📑 Additional details: The room is available now until December, with the possibility to extend.
