Gorgeous room available to rent in Tooting Bec as I am moving back up north. You’ll be living in a clean, friendly and sociable house with 3 other absolute babes 💫

The room is a big size, has a huge wardrobe with loads of storage and even has jewellery drawers! It does come unfinished however I am happy to sell all my furniture (only 1 year old) for a good deal (bed, mattress, 2 bedside drawers, shelves, desk).

The house is lush, really big, we have a garden, open plan design, 2 bathrooms so you only share with one other person, and lots of other little perks like a wine fridge etc. we do have a small spare room also which we use for storage. It’s in a great location, 2 mins walk from Tooting Bec station.

The girls are amazing, I’m really sad to be leaving them. All aged 30/31 and work in the city. We all occasionally work from home, there’s loads of room and we all have desks in our rooms so someone else who works from home is always welcome 🫶🏽

The house is sociable, we love to watch love island together on the sofa, you’re never alone there’s always someone around, equally everyone has their own thing going on 🩵

Rent is £1337 per month including bills currently (we also have a cleaner occasionally also), this may go down soon due to summer and bills being cheaper. Deposit is £1398. I am also willing to sell all my furniture in my room for a good price.

Looking for someone super sociable and friendly, who also likes dogs (as we dog sit quite often for extra cash).
