Two double rooms in shared house with garden

My friend Ben and I are looking for two people to join our 4-bedroom house on 1st September.

* Spacious, fully furnished
* Large open-plan kitchen
* Private sunny garden with the occasional visit from baby foxes
* Four bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite)

📍 Location
* 10-minute walk to Tooting Broadway & Tooting Bec underground (Northern Line)
* Lidl, great pubs, cafés and restaurants all within a 5-minute walk

🙋‍♂️ Who you’ll be living with
* You'll be living with me (27) and Ben (25). Both young professionals working in Paddington.
* We met on our graduate scheme a few years ago and have become good friends since.
* We're both sociable and enjoy sports, going to the gym, and the occasional pint or two.
* We're looking for tidy and respectful housemates who are keen to be part of a sociable environment.

💰 Rent
* Medium double room: £975 pcm
* Large double room with en-suite: £1,075 pcm
* Bills: approximately £120 pcm

📅 Move-in date: 1st September
