I’m looking for a new housemate to share a lovely two-bedroom house in one of the best spots in Tooting.

The house has two double bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living area and a large private garden. It’s on a quiet residential street, but only a couple of minutes from everything you need.

Location
• 2 minute walk to Tooting Bec Underground (Northern Line)
• Around 25 minutes to Bank and Oxford Circus
• 3 minute walk to Tooting Common
• 2 minute walk to Tooting High Street, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops
• Around a 10 minute walk to Balham

It’s a great balance of having green space on your doorstep while being incredibly well connected into central London.

About me
I’m the Director of an executive search business, so I work fairly busy hours during the week and enjoy coming home to a calm, tidy and relaxed house. I’m sociable and always happy to share a drink, cook or head to the pub, but I also appreciate having our own space.

Who I’m looking for
Ideally another professional who is respectful, clean and considerate, and treats the house like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’d love to find someone who’s friendly, easy to get along with and enjoys the occasional chat or meal together, while equally respecting each other’s independence.
