Our housemate is moving out so we will have a double room available. The move in date from the first of August .

-10 min walk to Wandworth common
-15 min walk to balham high street, 15 min walk to tooting broadway shops and sainsburys local and tesco express very close too.
- large open living area & out door garden area
- fully furnished large double bedroom (shared bathroom with one other girl)

You’ll be living with me (Ada, 22), Adam (24), and Emma (24). Ada and I have from Aus in the past year, Emma has just moved over from Ireland and would love someone who’s not just a housemate, but also someone we can genuinely get along with and be friends with. We enjoy the occasional night out at the local pub, but also love a movie night in!

We all work full-time, so we’re ideally looking for someone in a similar routine and around our age.

Move in date: August 1st

Rent: £1020 excluding bills- usually around £80)
