Spacious ensuite double room Tooting Bec

Hey I am Louisa, I am looking for a new housemate to join my 2 bed flat share in September. My current housemate Emma is moving out to take a career break and go travelling. We have lived together for a few years and spend time together socialising in the flat - cooking dinners, watching TV etc but equally have our own separate social circles outside of the flat and live busy lives ! I am looking for a similar housemate to take the room.

A bit about me ...

I am 36, single, Procurement Manager for a restaurant group. I wfh Mondays & Fridays and tend to be in the office Tues-Thurs. I am originally from the midlands but have been in London for 12 years ! In my spare time I am normally exercising/at the lido or out for lunches/dinners/at the pub with friends.

The room is a large double room with a private en suite bathroom. We are on the second floor and the flat is located within the quiet heritage park estate. We are so close to the common which is a real bonus ! and the tube is a 10-15 min walk away.

There is a parking space and permit included at no extra cost aswell as a visitor permit which we would share between us for visitors.

The flat is nice and spacious for two people. Both rooms have space for a desk for working from home.

The room is available from 7th September but there can be some flex on this date if needed (later not earlier).

The room includes the bed and wardbrobe and there is the option to purchase the chest of drawers, corner desk and bathroom storage unit from the current tenant.
