Hello! One of our lovely flatmates are moving out and looking for someone to take over their tenancy from the 27th of July 2026.

Details below:
- Double room on the ground floor of a terrace house inc bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers
- Fully furnished house - large kitchen/dinner with access to the back garden, washer and dishwasher and huge living room!!
-2 bathrooms and separate upstairs toilet.
- 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec Station (northern line) and 15 minute walk into Balham (national rail)!
- rented through Jackson’s but if there are any issues the landlord deals with them directly. He is super lovely!! I’ve lived here for two years and he’s always been on the case for any issues!

Living with the fab five; Robyn, Martha, George, Anneka and James. All 24-28 and working a mixture of professions in the city!! We are a social household (and love a pub quiz at our local!) but also have our own lives and friends! All keep the house clean/tidy and help each other out. Looking for someone who can fit in with this!
