Airy, ensuite loft room in Tooting Bec

Sadly I will be leaving London to go travelling after 3.5 yrs here in Tooting so am looking for someone to replace me in my lovely house share🥲

A bit about the girls (absolute queens) - We’re a house of 3 girls ages 28-32 with full time professional roles.

Megan is a 28 yr old kiwi, works in admin and does 2/3 days WFH. Enjoys going to festivals, never turns down a pub 🍻Loves a Tv show binge and likes to explore the city (Also a massive yapper)🥝
Carys is 31 and works as an assistant within finance, and outside of work enjoys travelling and live music ✈️
Keri is 29 and enjoys listening to music, working out and travelling - she’ll be moving in here in July ✨

We didn’t know each other prior to living here but we all get on really well and have enjoyed nights of bbqing, watching films and going for cute little walks around the common!
We’re looking for someone on the same fun vibe that is a working professional, tidy, respectful of shared areas and sociable with the other housemates - someone that sees the house as a home rather than a house share!

More about the room/house- it’s a very light, airy ensuite loft room with great views of the city. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There’s plenty of storage space in the eaves and plenty of space if you work from home.
The shared areas are the hallway, kitchen and living room / dining room area.

The house is located close the common and about 8 mins from Tooting Bec on a safe suburban street. It’s a walkable distance from Balham and Tooting Broadway that are around a 20 min walk either way.

Boring (but important) bits!
- Available from 10th August (latest move in date would be 18th August)
- Rent is £890 pcm
- Deposit for the landlord is £890
- Bills are not included but typically range from £100 - £120 (including a fortnightly cleaner, electric, wifi, water, council tax etc)

Looking to hold interviews in person on Thursday 23rd August but may be flexible to other dates that week ☺️
