Hi! My flatmate is making her way back to sunny South Africa in September and I am looking for someone to take over her lease in our 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Tooting Bec.

The flat is spacious with good natural light right opposite Tooting Common. The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe and you will have your own spacious bathroom. The rent works out to £1100 with bills and council tax included (excluding heating in the winter).

It has great transport connections being a 10 min walk from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern line), a 20 min walk from Tooting or Balham Station and a 30 min bus to Clapham Junction. It is within walking distance from both Tooting Broadway and Streatham offering great shopping and restaurant options.

More about me. I am a 30 year old Speech and Language Therapist from Jeffreys Bay that has been living in London for about 3 years. I'm very social, love going to the theater and exploring new restaurants around London. When I'm at home, I enjoy reading, cooking and playing video games.

Move in date will be the 12th/13th of September with the lease starting on the 15th.
