Hi girls! We’re looking for someone to take over a large fully furnished room in our lovely house near Tooting Bec station from mid-September!
It’s a 4 bed, 3 bathroom house with a sun filled garden and open plan kitchen-living area.
You’ll be living with myself and two other girls, we’re all in our late twenties/early thirties so looking for someone in that age range.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec station (northern line), 5 mins to Tesco Express and Lidl and it’s very well positioned on a quiet residential street.

£1040 deposit
£70-120 bills including power/gas, water, council tax and wifi
The room comes fully furnished with the bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, large mirror and bedside table.
