Gorgeous large room in Tooting

Hi Girlies ,

We are advertising for a room in our lovely Chillerton home for the 7th September . I’m moving out to live with my partner so it’s time to say goodbye but I have truly loved living here !

The house
It’s a gorgeous large ground floor room furnished ( drawers+wardrobe +bed and mattress+ arch shelves +white frame mirror +bedside table + white metal table included) with plenty of space in the house you have a living room, 3 toilets and 2 showers/bath a laundry room and lovely kitchen as well as a garden . We also have a washer, a separate dryer and dishwasher .

The flatmates
The current flatmates are Emma (34)- a medical writer and Rebecca (25) who works for the national theatre. Briony (29) who works in social media and marketing . We all have relatively busy lives but enjoy a natter in the kitchen !

The location
You will be a 15-20 minute walk from Tooting Bec underground station with Balham , Clapham and Tooting a short distance away. There are great local independent businesses in furzedown - a brewery, multiple cafes , pizzeria etc.

The boring stuff
We all clean up after ourselves but we do pay for a cleaner every 2 weeks to clean the communal spaces e. g. bathrooms kitchen and living room .The landlords are lovely and responsive and take very good care of the property.

We all take responsibility for a bill ( tv licence , council tax ,water, WiFi , energy ) You will be taking over my utility which is the energy bill. The rent is 937.5 pounds a month + bills which comes to around 100-150 a month. The deposit is 732.69.
