I’m moving out to live with my partner, so my large double room in our lovely house share is available.

🛏️ The Room

The room is a great size with plenty of space for:

* Double bed
* Wardrobe
* TV
* Desk (ideal if you work from home or have a hybrid role)
* Plus lots of extra space

The room overlooks the rear of the house, making it surprisingly peaceful. You get all the benefits of being just a couple of minutes from the Tube, cafés and pubs, while still enjoying a quiet night’s sleep.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot!

🚇 Just a 2-3 minute walk to Tooting Bec Underground Station.

Right around the corner you’ll find:

* ☕ Plenty of great coffee shops
* 🛒 Tesco
* 🍻 Some brilliant local pubs
* 🌳 Tooting Common, perfect for walks, runs or relaxing
* 💪 A gym at the end of the road

If you have a car, you can apply for a residents’ parking permit through the council for on-street parking.

👋 Your Housemates

You’ll be living with three great guys: Darragh, Ceejay and Jon.

Everyone works full-time, enjoys keeping active and is into sport and the gym. We’re a sociable house and enjoy the occasional trip to the pub, but everyone also has our own lives and respects each other’s space. It’s a really friendly, easy-going house.
