Looking for someone to sublet a room in our lovely Tooting Bec house.
You’ll be sharing the house with two other girls (Issy and Lucy, both 26 and grew up in the UK).
📍 6 min walk to Tooting Bec station, 10 min walk to Wandsworth Common or Balham
🏡 Double room in a 3 bed, 1 bathroom, end terrace house with a big lovely garden
💵 Rent is £1,050 a month + bills (usually ~£150 a month)
📆 Looking for someone to move in ASAP! Ideally for mid August but can be flexible with before or after if needed
The house is great vibes as we all get along really well, so looking for someone who can slot right in and wants to hang out and do dinners/ watch shows/ occasional night out or pub trip, but also has their own stuff going on.
