It is in a quiet private residential area with a car parking space and ample storage for bikes. Whole house is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a sizeable kitchen, conservatory and garden.

💸 £1,041 p. m excluding bills. (Bills come to £100-£150) (the room is technically unfinished but the current tenant is happy to sell furniture for a small fee)

🗓️ Ideal move in from mid-August/ September (but can be flexible)
