You’ll be sharing with two sociable girls ages 22-25.

The room is available 23rd of September - I will be moving out by the 22nd but most likely moving the weekend prior!
Rent is £830/ month with bills on top around £90. Deposit is £1000.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, massive built in wardrobe and full length mirror.

The flat has a separate living room which gets heaps of sunlight during the day and one shared bathroom.

It’s about a 10 minute walk to Tooting Bec station for the northern line or 5 min walk to buses that go to Clapham junction! Wandsworth common is also a 15 min walk.
There’s lots of supermarkets, cafes and pubs around as well!
