Hi future housemate!

We’re a friendly group of 5 (2 girls and three guys) looking to fill a room in our house share a 2 minutes from Tooting Bec tube station.

About us:
We’re friendly and social, but this is also great house to chill out in. Even though it’s a 5 bed, the house doesn’t feel overcrowded and as much as we like to hang out together, we also have our own social lives and like doing our own thing!

Room (excl bills):
- Spacious double room
- Space for a desk to work from home.
- Lots of storage including built in wardrobe and access to loft space.
- Rent is £980 plus bills which are £100pcm. Deposit is £575

The rest of the house:
- Large shared living room with big windows that look into the garden
- Large garden (incredible for summer)!!
- Kitchen with all the usual appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with another drinks fridge.
- Space to store a bike inside.
- House is kept clean and tidy.

Other:
Just a 2 min walk to Tooting Bec Station where you have the Northen line to take you where you need to go very easily. The house is close to both Tooting Common and Wandsworth Common. It’s also close to supermarkets - Lidl, Aldi, Tesco Express & Sainsbury’s Local.
