Hi all! I’m Ellie, 29 and working in PR. Looking for someone to join me in this 2 bedroom flat as my lovely flatmate will be moving in with her boyfriend from 1st October (we can make the move-in date a few days earlier if need be).
The flat is gorgeous and modern, it’s a 4 minute walk to Tooting Bec station and very close to Tooting Common. Lots of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby.
The rent is £1200 per month excluding bills, and our bills are £136 per month at the moment.
