Double Room Available - Tooting Bec

Sadly I'm moving out of my room, so looking for someone to take over from the end of August!

The room is honestly massive – really bright, light and airy with high ceilings, loads of space and plenty of room to make it your own. It comes furnished.

The house is in the perfect location, literally a minute from Tooting Bec tube station and right by all the shops, cafés, pubs and everything else you could need.

You'll be living with two Irish guys who are genuinely the loveliest people ever. It's a really friendly house and they've made living here such a great experience.

The deposit is £500, paid directly to me. It basically just rolls over between whoever moves in and out of the room, so it's a really simple process.

Rent is paid at the end of each month.
Bills aren't included, but they're very reasonable. Wi-Fi and council tax comes to £40 a month, and gas, electric and water are around £50–£60 a month, so less than £800 a month bills included.
