One of our housemates is moving cities, so we’re looking for someone to move in early September.
The house is a lovely new-build with a big open-plan kitchen/living area, garden and 3 bathrooms. The room is furnished and shares a bathroom with one other girl.
Rent is £1,030 + around £110 bills. It’s a 10-minute walk to Tooting Bec and around 20 minutes to Earlsfield/Wandsworth Common.
There are currently 3 girls in the house, all mid-20s and working 9–5. We’re clean, tidy and quite sociable, and would love someone who’s looking for a friendly home rather than just a place to live.
