The kitchen/dining area is bright and airy and opens to a terrace garden. Cosy living room with TV. The flat is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to Tooting Bec tube station.
Im looking for someone friendly and tidy who enjoys a chat but can also respect each other’s space. Must like cats as there is one in residence! He’s extremely friendly (and clean) but is quite independent and will respect your space too (my flatmate’s room has always been off limits). Ideally someone in their 30s.
